Dawson Gap Naturals--a fast growing Non-GMO feed supplier based in Hillsboro, VA--is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of product we offer. You will do this by developing territories and implementing sales tactics for increasing business while increasing brand identity. This position is a 1099 outside sales position.

 

Education or experience preferred:

• 3-4 years of related sales experience OR 4-year degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience

• Valid driver’s license

• 21 years of age

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on

• New business development and customer retention skills

• Effective communication and negotiation skills

• Solid computer skills

• Knowledge of Large and Small farms or feed industry

• Ability to work independently, onsite or offsite

 

The physical demands of this role may require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
